14-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, return it within 14 days for a full refund.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Most items can be returned except custom-made products, and items marked as non-returnable. Electronic items must be unopened with original seals intact.
Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and follow the return process. You'll receive a return authorization number and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges are available for defective items or wrong items delivered. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For standard returns, shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

- 3.Choose your reason for return
- 4.Print the return label and package the item
- 5.Drop off at any courier location or schedule pickup

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos for immediate assistance.
